First of all , i have to start with a cons on this ebook. you wont find in it a miracle secret formula to make u lose fat belly fast without a proper diet and exercises, u need patience and a little time , not much but it take a little effort till u learn the basics. I have to say i tried some of the exercises i found in Truth About Abs book and no such thing as a miracle i was waiting when i first saw the ebook, but at least i know now its not a scam. The book is great if u have the power to fight with your mind when u want to stay at your desk or in front of a TV and dont move for all the day and expect to lose your belly fat by miracle. If u want a miracle dont buy this book, not even in the Bible u can find such a promise , even God is telling us to do exercises. But th good news is that this book is made by a certified nutrition specialist and trainer and is very useful, at least for me , i cant do alot of exercises so i learned some strategies from this book to lose some of the fat i have and i can breathe better now after i had alot of problems with the big belly i had, blood pressure, colesterol, clothes not fitting, etc.
